About the Team

You will be part of the Retail Operations team responsible for supporting the Williams Sonoma Brand of Retail Stores. Our job is to ensure that every Williams Sonoma Store is supported to deliver on company metrics and take care of our customers. Our team values collaboration across roles to find innovate ways to support our field organization and drive retail profitability.

About the Role

Our Project Manager will mainly be focused on the Store Experience of Retail Operations. You will be responsible for managing the Gift Registry, Culinary, Social and Customer Outreach experiences in Williams Sonoma Stores. You will strategize and implement store processes that enhance our store experience, drive KPIs and grow the profitably of the retail fleet. You will also work directly with our field organization to drive results through our incentive and contest programs that support the experience in stores. You will support cross functional partners by being the voice of the stores and building processes that can be successfully implemented in the field.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Competencies required:

* You have a Bachelor's degree (an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered)
* Experience with advanced Excel functions and features such as VBA, SUMIFS, SUMPRODUCT, INDEX, MATCH, SUMPRODUCT, VLOOKUP
* Strong PC/Mac skills including Adobe and Word
* Strong MicroStrategy Skills
* 1-2 years related experience in Retail Operations
