Specific Responsibilities

* Partner with Studio Manager on seasonal shot lists and help oversee PIP and upper level ecom photography executed at our in house photo studio. Vet shot lists for accuracy and partner with Buyers, Producers, Studio Manager and Merchandise Coordinator to track product sample availability against seasonal shot lists to identify sample and schedule issues.
* Act as liaison between Corporate, Photo Director, Studio Team, Asset + Internet Creative Teams to ensure all collateral is captured, delivered and go live dates are met. Partner with these teams on an ongoing basis to determine process and workflow needs and overall best practices.
* Coordinate with Site Director and Art Directors to communicate ecom upper level photo needs after seasonal catalog pre-production meetings to gain as much efficiency as possible (vs requiring separate photo shoots).

* Partner with Photo Director to schedule ecom exclusive photo shoots & book creative teams based on subject matter and product categories. Assist with catalog talent bookings as needed.
* Partner with Photo Director to coordinate administrative responsibilities relevant to ecom photography invoices and expenses. Assist Director with monthly ecom budget reconciliation.
* Plan PIP and ecom seasonal photography and talent bookings to manage costs flat to budget.
* With input from Director, responsible for sending out yearly talent contracts. Partner with HR and Legal to ensure all vendors meet established WSI vendor guidelines.
* Responsible for updating and maintaining WS + WSH established photography style guide & digital delivery guideline document; ensure compliance by freelance & studio teams.
* Work to clean up photography and categories on website to ensure the best online customer experience.
* Create contact sheets, proofs and binders of seasonal photography for Creative Team to utilize and secure approval with Creative leadership. Coordinate with Creative Production Coordinator to route cropped environmental photography for approval.
* Organize seasonal digital + CGI asset delivery to Site Asset Team. Oversee in house retoucher and off-site retouching vendor for on time delivery back to WS.
* Ensure ecom-only assets are stored in DAM (Digital Asset Management system) in a timely manner so other team members and business partners can utilize assets.


* 2-4 years related experience
* Strong project management skills
* Ability to multi-task and be highly organized
* Superior scheduling skills and highly detail-oriented
* Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external teams
* Experience with vendor invoicing
* Knowledge of photo studios and the digital photography workflow is preferred
* Experience working with collaborative creative teams & production staff
