About the Role

As Manager of Visual Merchandising for Williams Sonoma Home, you will oversee the presentation of product in our retail stores, ensuring the products display beautifully, best utilize the space, and promote a wonderful customer experience.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

* Oversee roll out of all visual presentation materials
* Oversee the creative execution of all WS Home floorsets and concept meetings
* Lead planning, staffing and payroll for all WS Home floorsets
* Participate in all WS Home store/field visual conference calls
* Manage the WS Home retail visual calendar
* Ensure new store floorplans reflect 3 year strategy and key initiatives
* Partner with merchant team to ensure all product is placed and has best selling opportunity
* Implement and maintain updates to the visual standards binder
* Ensure Bay Area stores are following plans per corporate direction
* Maintain seasonal floorplans one year out
* Communicate weekly merchandising updates to field management and retail stores

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We're excited about you because...

* Bachelors in interior design, merchandising, or related field
* 3+ years of retail visual merchandising experience; home furnishings strongly preferred
* Management experience a plus
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
