About the Role

In the Financial Analyst II role, you will be part of the Corporate Finance team. This position is responsible for providing reporting and analytical support for total company cross-brand operations and shared service cost centers.

* Provide weekly and monthly reporting to inform senior management of key performance indicators impacting business operations
* Manage maintenance of data to support key reports, accounts, and metrics within Essbase Cubes
* Support in monthly close process by preparing month-end accruals, identifying and researching P&L variances, providing variance analysis, and reporting to business partners in shared services cost centers and Mark & Graham brand
* Assist manager in providing analytical support for departmental functions including financial modeling and analysis of business operations, development of the monthly forecasts, annual budget, and three-year operating plan
* Support quarterly earnings release and Investor Relations by preparing quarterly reports and analysis
* Assist in preparing presentations for senior management to concisely summarize performance targets and progress toward initiatives by individual business units
* Take ownership of all aspects of the role, from data mining to strategic projects

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We're excited about you because...

* Achieved a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
* A minimum 2 years of experience in the areas of financial analysis and planning
* Proficient in utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, and Hyperion Essbase. Access database/SQL skills are preferred
* Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and results driven
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
