JOB DESCRIPTION

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is looking for a Director of eCommerce for the Williams-Somona brand! This role will oversee a team that runs a fully integrated eCommerce business - marketing, brand planning, creative development, merchandising, inventory, web-store operations and application management for the Williams-Sonoma brand.

* Manage Business - revenue and budget (P/L Responsibilities) for Williams-Sonoma
* Collaborate on strategy development, annual business plans development with broader eCommerce Team
* Develop Business Plans and direct development of marketing strategies, brand/concept plans and creative presentation on-line, direct promotional, direct e-mail and media activity on concepts
* Direct team in the collaboration and development of merchandising and demand planning/sales forecasting
* Manage external vendors and agency relationships, including negotiating multi-year contracts
* Hire/train/appraise direct reports
* Ongoing management of projects, trouble-shooting across business issues
* Complete and direct special projects

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We're excited about you because...

* Proven track record in building and managing business-P/L
* Overall 7-10 years experience in Marketing-specialty retail or premium brands
* 5- 7 years management experience required.
* 5 Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, in advertising campaigns, communication planning and development and life-style marketing a plus
