About the Team

The Catalog Merchandising Team manages all aspects of merchandising Williams Sonoma's numerous printed publications. You will be an essential cross-functional partner between the Buyer, Creative, and Marketing teams to grow the DTC business through catalog innovation (i.e. catalogs, inserts, direct mail pieces, registry, etc.).

About the Role

As the Associate Manager - Catalog, you are responsible for paginating all catalogs, inserts, direct mail pieces, and gift guides. Working with the Buyers, you will use your knowledge of the business to determine which products are marketed in all printed publications. You are expected to continue to innovate and evolve the catalog past our competitors as well as research our competitor's marketing strategies and new product launches. You will manage the optimization of the catalog by offering unique customer touch-points such as gift guides, registry spreads, new customer acquisition mailers, new mover mailers, inserts, and category specific catalog versions.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We're excited about you because...

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Retail
* Minimum 2+ years experience working in catalog or merchandising
* Superior computer skills including: MS Windows, MS Office Suite, MicroStrategy, Adobe, and InDesign
* Previous knowledge of project management
* Excellent multi-tasker
* Highly efficient with at "get it done" attitude
* Quick Learner

Technical Competencies required:
