About the Role

In the Merchandise Coordinator role, you will be responsible for organizing/transporting/staging merchandise, props, grip and other supplies necessary to efficiently execute each shoot. You will be relied on by the Producer for any updates regarding product issues, supply shortages, etc.

* Coordinate with Photo Producer to confirm sample order and warehouse pull.
* Account for and organize merchandise, props and grip equipment for photography.
* Develop familiarity with merchandise, props, grip and photo equipment and assists crew as needed.
* Work with Producer on a daily/weekly basis to review details of merchandise, prop and camera equipment pick-ups and shooting schedule.
* Maintain professional demeanor with photo team, merchants, and homeowners.
* Organize responsibilities and production of Keep-On-Truck (KOT)/core-propping (manages organization of all product and ensures it is on hand), grip truck (keeps track of supplies, building of the truck), cage clean up, maintain list of items needed for location (i.e., plates, cups, water, etc.).
* Responsible for keeping track of all paperwork from Producer (e.g. product pick up, KOT lists and pagination, directions to location, etc.)
* Load and unload merchandise, props, and equipment between warehouse and photo location.
* Maintain organization of the KOT merchandise.
* Drive 15-18 foot truck (requires no special license).
* Repack photo samples and props in original containers (when applicable).
* Protect floors, surfaces and furniture of photo location with materials provided by Photo Producer.
* Refer to digital images and returns location to original condition when photo wraps.
* Work with warehouse and MCs to ensure all merchandise and props are returned with proper labeling and wrapping.
* Work with MCs to follow regulations and Brisbane guidelines in reference to recycling, blocking fireways, etc.
* Work with MCs to report all broken product to Producer and label boxes accordingly.
* Perform additional duties and errands as assigned by photography team.
* Travel occasionally with photo teams to execute photo shoots on location. Location shoots can range from 1-2 days and up to 2 weeks.

Technical Competencies required:

* High school diploma required.
* 4-6 years related experience.
* Experience driving and maneuvering 18 foot truck.
* Must be able to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds.
