JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the administration of the Long-Term Incentive/Equity Plan. Ensure that documents and processes are in compliance with regulations, as well as corporate policies and procedures.

* Responsible for carrying out the daily activities related to the administration of the company's long-term incentive equity plan.
* Partner with Executive Compensation Analyst to ensure equity grants, vesting, dividend equivalents, reports, and any other tasks related to the company's long-term Incentive/Equity Plan are prepared and provided in a timely and accurate manner.
* Partner with Accounting and Executive Compensation Analyst to update LTI forecast.
* Assist in preparation and delivery of Board of Director compensation.
* Audit and check work prepared by Executive Compensation Analyst for accuracy.
* Audit company records against transfer agent and equity administration systems for accuracy and reconciliation.
* Ensure the Company is in accordance with SEC reporting guidelines.
* Generate reports and respond to inquiries, conduct research and identify and resolve problems as needed.
* Partner with internal and external clients to provide reports and information as requested.
* May assist with base compensation analysis and requests as needed.

Essential Functions:

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills:

* Ability to analyze complex data and prepare reports.
* Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
* Ability to multi-task and handle varying tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.

* Ability to transport materials or equipment or lifting, moving, carrying objects up to 50 pounds on a limited basis
* Ability to work in office and perform in corporate environment.

Education:

* High School Diploma. Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Human Resources preferred.

Experience:

* 0-2 years of recent experience in a Finance/Accounting/Human Resources environment.
* CCP coursework preferred, but not required.
