This expansion will be done through company-owned & operated stores/DTC channels, and through strategic franchise partnerships.

This position operates as the brand contact for Order Management for our Global businesses. This position works directly with Global Business Partners to review seasonal OTB plans, define order placement targets and oversee reorder fulfilment to achieve global sales plans, and store growth targets. To achieve internal revenue targets, this role is also responsible for identifying business opportunities and proposing solutions to maximize WSI profitability. To support our ongoing Global business expansion efforts, this position will play a lead role in developing and/or participating in cross-brand initiatives to improve systems, tools, processes and efficiencies. This position will manage the career development of a team by developing specific measurable goals and objectives.


Global Business Operations
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with Global Business Partners
* Review seasonal order fulfilment and develop action plans to hit revenue budget
* Provide appropriate business analysis to influence sales opportunities and assortment strategies
* Monitor and review monthly reorder fulfilment process to ensure the team meets/exceeds reorder placement goals
* Orchestrate planning activities across franchise partners to ensure consistency in strategy and processes
* Ensure on-time purchase order deliveries to support global business requirements and real estate growth strategies
* Participate as the primary point of contact with Global Merchant Team and Sourcing to ensure inventory investment strategies are communicated and implemented
* Hold Conference calls with Franchise partners, Global Merchant team and US inventory team
* Hire, train, supervise, and develop staff as needed
* Determine and prioritize workload for the team
* Provide direction and clarify objectives. Evaluate and appraise performance for the direct report(s)
* Provide leadership, ongoing training and development and create a positive team environment

Global Business Expansion & Process Development
* Liaise with cross-brand partners to define consistent pre-season and in-season calendar milestones that support assortment planning and on-time PO placement. Recommend communication format and timing of key milestone dates to business partners to ensure deliverables are clear and are successfully achieved
* Standardize milestones and information that is required from our US Inventory team and Global Sourcing partners that support successful order placement and fulfilment
* Recommend effective processes and procedures to support market growth, workflow, and deliver desired results
* Improve global order placement execution and fulfilment by developing & implementing standardized tools across all Brands with consistent information and metrics
* Collaborate with Global Sourcing to develop and implement vendor PO negotiation timelines that improve efficiency and confirmation of PO acceptance
* Liaise with US Inventory team to improve communication flow and develop action plans to support off-cycle PO fulfilment
* Develop standardized assortment planning, PO tracking, OTB, and revenue reporting tools that are used cross-brand. Identify and track key performance indicators that measure results in assortment adoption and order fulfilment
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes, tools, and IT solutions across business partners to enable consistency in processes
* Pursue continuous improvement of initiatives, while developing and maintaining documentation of tools, activities, and processes
* Play a lead role in anticipating internal systems, resources, and process needs to support ongoing franchise partner expansion




* Candidate must possess at least a Degree with 5 years' of retail planning experience and 2 years of people management experience.
* Strong leadership skills
* Strong business acumen, financial analysis, and technical skills
* Able to deliver results by influencing internal and external partners
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and strong in analytical skills
* Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong follow through
* Strong organizational skills & ability to multi-task
* Demonstrate a sense of urgency & ability to seek-out solutions
* Superior written communication, presentation, and listening skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* International experience preferred
