JOB DESCRIPTION

OB SUMMARY:
The Human Resource Specialist supports the HR Director in the following areas: HR metrics tracking and analysis, performance management, and employee development. The coverage of this role is for Southeast Asia, and includes Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand.

The Specialist is expected to be able to liaise with peers in these countries to get accurate and timely information on people metrics and be able to give advice on HR systems and practices. Additionally, the Specialist will be supporting the learning needs analysis and training calendar for Southeast Asia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Prepares HR reporting, dashboard updates, attrition reports for Southeast Asia
* Be the go-to person on the performance management system administration and be responsible for tracking of different stages of the performance process
* Supporting the learning needs analysis and assist in pulling the learning calendar for Southeast Asia, and measure the learning outcomes.
* Performs other related duties as required and assigned

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

* Candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree with preferably 1-2 years of HR experience.
* Possess a good understanding of the Local Employment Act and practices.
* Organised, with attention to detail and proficient with numbers.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* A high level of integrity and discretion handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with associates and parties inside and outside of the company.
