JOB SUMMARY:

We successfully market our brands through three major channels -- retail stores, catalogues, and the internet. One of the key growth strategies for Williams-Sonoma Inc. is global expansion. This expansion will be done through company-owned & operated stores/DTC channels, and through strategic franchise partnerships.

This position will be the primary contact for planning and managing a Brand with WSI's Global Franchise partners. The responsibility of this position is to manage Global inventory needs by ensuring order fulfilment achieves open-to-buy targets, WSI profitability goals, and support real estate growth strategies. This position also supervises a team of order management specialists.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Global Business Operations
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with Global Business Partners
* Provide internal monthly revenue forecasts for each Franchise Partner. Develop & implement action
plans to meet and exceed revenue forecasts
* Provide appropriate business analysis to influence seasonal and reorder placements
* Ensure on-time purchase order deliveries to support seasonal OTB targets, seasonal floor-set dates and real estate growth strategies
* Participate as an integral partner with the Global Merchant team and Sourcing to ensure inventory
investment strategies are communicated and implemented
* Map Franchise seasonal orders and maintain Buy Plans and roll-ups
* Publish weekly reports, including PO report, roll-ups and report card
* Hold conference calls with Franchise partners, Global Merchant team and US Inventory team
* Recommend effective processes and procedures to support market growth, workflow, and deliver
desired results
* Be a part of hiring, training, supervising and developing Supply Chain Coordinators
* Work closely with and support the Manager in all aspects of the Global Business
* Collate and track monthly requests for inventory from US distribution centres to increase order
fulfilment rate

Global Business Expansion & Process Development

* Execute seasonal calendar milestones and timelines that are consistent with our internal processes across all Global Business Partners

* Support Global ordering process through proactive communication and collaboration with both internal and external partners

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Min 4 years' retail /franchise experience
* Strong business acumen, financial analysis, and technical skills
* Able to deliver results by influencing internal and external partners
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and strong in analytical skills
* Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
* Strong organizational skills & ability to multi-task
* Demonstrate a sense of urgency & ability to seek-out solutions
* Superior written communication, presentation, and listening skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
