JOB SUMMARY:

This expansion will be done through company-owned & operated stores/DTC channels, and through strategic franchise partnerships.

Assist the Franchise Planner and/or Manager with the day-to-day activities of tracking purchase orders in terms of acceptance and on-time shipping from Vendor Partners to Freight Forwarder. This is a key person who coordinates all purchase order activity and communication between Global Merchants, Franchise Partners, Sourcing and Vendor Partners for their assigned division(s) within a brand. This position will also support forecasting franchise revenue as well as generate sales and purchase order tracking reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Mapping franchise seasonal orders into a standard template and rolling up the orders
* Coordinate the creation of purchase orders and ensure communication of orders to Sourcing and Vendor Partners. Enter and amend purchase orders in RMS/Netsuite system to support PO revisions
* Communicate with Franchise Partners on purchase order placement status regularly
* Monitor purchase order status, track production, shipping and receiving status in GTN and POC Systems
* Work through problems relating to shipments with our freight forwarder and transportation team
* Communicate all changes and cancellations of purchase orders to Sourcing/Vendor Partners/Franchise Partners
* Ensure SKU set up process with merchandising and merchandise operations to support on-time PO creation
* Liaise with Global merchants with regard to queries on Franchise assortment & SKU details
* Ensure accuracy of ship dates, quantities, costs and descriptions in purchase order revisions and communicate these changes to Sourcing/Vendor Partners/Franchise Partners
* Assist Franchise Partners and vendors to resolve all queries pertaining to orders, through communications with WSI cross-functional partners including Customs, Transportation, Freight Forwarder and QA
* Generate Franchise weekly sales and inventory reports
* Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Candidate must possess a tertiary qualification with 2-3 years' of retail experience in a Merchandising and/or Purchasing role
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and strong in analytical skills
* Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong follow through
* Strong organizational skills & ability to multi-task
* Demonstrate sense of urgency & ability to seek-out solutions
* Superior written, communication & listening skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
