This position is focused on Franchise billing and Accounts receivables. This entails daily reconciliation, analysis and researching of billing data. Therefore, a strong ability to handle a huge volume of data for validation is a must. In addition, you will assist in the monthly closing process including various month-end reporting.


* Daily billing data validation activities and generation of the billing invoice.
* Follow up on billing discrepancies, research, reconcile and close out open items. Manage billing inquiries from franchisees and investigate issues with various internal and external teams.
* Handle reimbursable cost charge-back and other miscellaneous billings to franchisees and ensure charge-back per franchise agreement.
* Reconciles sales revenue & accruals, pass-through expense accruals and COGS entries in general ledger accounts.
* Proactive follow up with franchisees of all open invoices for payment and ensure compliance with payment terms, promptly resolve outstanding items.
* Assist in monthly closing activities.
* Engage in testing for any new franchise partner set up, new business process flow etc.
* Provides audit support & other ad-hoc assignments as per required.




* Diploma in accounting or higher qualification.
* Minimum 4 years of AR/Billing or related experience.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience in accounting systems, good system aptitude and analytical skills.
* Detail-oriented, able to proactively identify and resolve issues, follow-through and work under limited supervision.
* Concise and professional communication and interact well with internal and external parties.
* Experience in Retail industry a plus.
