What you will do?

As a Senior Product Management lead, you will own the development and delivery of the product vision for an unprecedented next generation cloud-based marketing and content platform. Partner with key stakeholders, including the CEO, business leads, and the development team, to define and lead the execution for an actionable roadmap.

You will define the platform foundation and lay out what the end-to-end customer journey should be, from an initial license to ROI realization, to adoption and expansion across industry segments.

You will be responsible for requirements definition, specification development, user story authoring, to engaging with the engineering teams coding the user stories. Through this process, you will ensure that reliability, performance, and quality are built to Outward's standards.

This position will report directly to our VP Business Development and Product Management.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are excited about you, because:

* Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related (MBA preferred)
* 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
* You have demonstrated experience leading Product Management for Enterprise SaaS-based products, that are marketed to the Retail industry
* You have a track record of defining and driving great user experiences in enterprise software products
* You have experience and a solid understanding of digital marketing technologies and platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager
* You are familiar with creative and design workflows, especially as they relate to visual product merchandising in retail
* You are passionate about design and have genuine empathy for customers
* You have experience with complex workflows and applications used by a broad set of user personas
* You effectively facilitate and resolve day-to-day issues to help projects move forward, and love acting as a proxy for team members when needed
* Your excellent collaboration skills and excitement help you to drive and motivate diverse cross-functional teams
* Passion for learning and experimenting with new technologies is your second nature
