About the Role:

Seeking a high performing Finance Manager to lead the Corporate Financial Planning and Operations team. This position is responsible for management of ROIC model for all brands, close and forecast for headquarters departments including Finance, HR, and Legal, and executive support for weekly business reviews, board meetings, and consolidation and reporting of FP&A functions for WSI. Manager must be self sufficient in the ability to perform financial modeling and analysis, must be effective managing partnerships with key stakeholders, and must be able to effectively communicate and present to leadership. This role reports to the Vice President of Finance and is based in San Francisco, California.

* Lead all aspects of the ROIC model for all brands including reporting, sensitivity analysis, and allocation drivers.
* Lead all aspects of the monthly close process for headquarters departments, including reviewing journal entries, variance analysis, management reporting, and partnerships with department leaders.
* Manage executive reporting including monthly board memos, annual budget and 3 year plan decks, and all reporting for weekly business reviews
* Oversee all business metrics reporting for weekly business reviews and daily demand reporting
* Assist in conversion and testing of new ERP system
* Maintain thorough understanding of business risks and opportunities. Develop forward looking predictive models to support the monitoring and forecasting of the business.
* Prepare concise and insightful summary analysis for Senior Management.
* Manage team members for meaningful contribution and continued personal development

We're excited about you because you have...

* Finance, economics, accounting or related degree
* 6+ years experience in finance within multi-unit, multi-concept entities. Retail experience preferred.
* Strong proficiency in Excel modeling and Budgeting/Accounting systems such as Lawson and Hyperion. MS Access/SQL skills are a plus.
* Ability to perform financial modeling, data mining, partnership/consensus building with business leaders, and presentation to management.
* Ability to facilitate meetings and influence cross functional business partners.
* Highly motivated, self-sufficient with a strong sense of urgency and a track record of getting results.
* Ability to concisely communicate plans, results, and risks to Management in both verbal and written fashion.
