About the Team

The Key Rewards is a new, fast-growing loyalty program that spans the Williams-Sonoma family of brands, including Pottery Barn, West Elm, and Mark & Graham. Our innovative and dynamic business team runs strategy, business development, digital and email marketing, customer research, analytics, and operations across our websites, care centers, and 600+ stores.

About the Role

Our team is seeking a Senior Analyst to provide in-depth customer analytics and actionable insights that will accelerate program growth and member engagement. Responsibilities include: developing & reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) across our loyalty and credit card programs, discovering customer segmentation insights, analyzing marketing campaign metrics to optimize performance, recommending future marketing offers, and providing data to enable program marketing and operations. This is an exciting and evolving position with visibility throughout many functional areas of the organization. A successful candidate will have loyalty program or CRM experience, strong analytic and critical thinking skills, a knack for drawing insights from large amounts of data, and the ability to adapt to an evolving, fast-paced environment. A passion for Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brands and the home industry is also a plus.

Technical Competencies required:

* Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Analytics, Operations Research or Computer Science
* 4+ years of business-based analytics, with hands-on data analysis experience with a variety of analytic tools. Knowledge of emerging analytic techniques and tools
* Excellent SQL skills
* Skilled in Tableau or other similar visualization too
* Expert at PowerPoint and presentation skills to explain insights succinctly and visually

Experience preferred:

* Exposure to data analysis tools such as Python, SAS, or R
* Experience working on a multi-channel retail loyalty or CRM team
* Experience in consumer marketing
