About the Team

You will be part of the Customer Relationship Marketing team responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategies that drive profitable growth in sales and customers for the Williams Sonoma and Williams Sonoma Home brands. CRM manages the marketing investment portfolio to maximize ROI, implements segmentation and targeting tactics to improve customer response, facilitates cross-functional efforts to drive key growth initiatives, and serves as thought leaders in evolving our marketing practice to reflect changes in customer behavior and technology.

About the Role:

The Williams-Sonoma brand Customer Relationship Marketing team is seeking a Senior-level Analyst to develop and execute direct marketing circulation and sales plans, run post campaign analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and execute and manage multiple brand projects.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

* Prepare detailed catalog circulation plans, including sales and cost forecasts
* Develop and analyze weekly DTC sales performance; identify trends and opportunities
* Recommend and implement mailing strategies
* Oversee catalog name selection and execution
* Oversee production-related deliverables
* Develop seasonal & fiscal sales and order curves
* Develop and supervise alternative marketing programs, including direct mail and select digital (circulation plan, sales and ad cost plan)
* Work closely with printer on management of circulation quantity, paper orders, oversee unload plans
* Manage key vendor relationships
* Supervise Cat Driven factoring, update history, communicate out results
* Supervise preparation of marketing hindsight reports
* Own monthly Customer Metrics reporting
* Prepare and communicate weekly and monthly sales forecasts
* Own Month-End Close reporting, accruals, demand forecast and cost planning
* Support the team in various brand initiatives - new store openings, New Mover program, customer acquisition efforts, catalog format versioning

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We're excited about you because you have the following qualifications...

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, MBA a plus.
* 3-5 years Direct Marketing experience.
* Strategic and analytical thinking; ability to evaluate alternatives and develop effective solutions.
* Ability to build effective relationships and teams.
* Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Strong Excel spreadsheet proficiency (v-lookups and pivot tables).
