About the Team

You will be part of the Human Resources team responsible for supporting the Williams-Sonoma, Inc Technology organization. Our Technology Talent/HR mission is to build a high performing Technology organization and inclusive people experience where everyone is connected to the purpose and diverse community of Williams-Sonoma, Inc., inspired to deliver their unique impact, and enabled to turn customer home dreams into reality. We are a close-knit, positive, and collaborative Technology Recruiting team located in our Tech headquarters near Pier 39 in San Francisco. The Technology Recruiting team manages a high volume of requisitions across various Technology groups. We work hard, have fun and enjoy the fast pace of working for a retail company with a technology heart. We have close partnerships with each other, hiring managers, internal associates, business partners and cross functional partners. Our team fills positions for entry level through Director level. We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our amazing team.

About the Role

As a Senior Technology Recruiter, you will be building strong relationships with our technology partners, hiring managers as well as the HR business partners to support a spectrum of technology hiring needs. You will be responsible for developing multiple sourcing channels to attract the best active and passive candidates, while leveraging technology (ATS & LinkedIn, social media) to ensure an effective and efficient process that produces results. You will be responsible for end to end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing, assessing, interviewing and influencing talent for all levels of positions in our Technology group.

* Develop recruitment strategies in partnership with leadership; clearly define sourcing strategies and expectations
* Offer full-cycle recruiting support, from needs assessment to sourcing, recruiting, negotiating, and closing offers.
* Be responsible for research and analysis of recruiting market trends, understanding implications and recommending solutions
* Be responsible for targeted sourcing and assessing talent, based on past successes and future business objectives
* Be responsible for building brand awareness via recruiting events, community presence.
* Have full ownership of your requisitions and be a point of contact and liaison between candidates, Hiring Managers and HR partners throughout the recruiting process.
* Partner with leadership teams in HR and Business to assess future staffing needs
* Work cross-functionally on HR programs and initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* 7+ years corporate recruiting experience, preferably in-house
* Technology recruiting experience and understanding of cutting edge recruiting processes
* Strong sourcing background in Software Engineering.
* Relentless passion to find and connect to the best and diverse talent.
* Experience in leading and executing end-to-end industry-focused recruiting events in support of creating brand awareness.
* Ability to build partnerships at all levels in the organization.
* Passion for providing the best candidate experience.
* Experience participating in networking events, meet-ups, and industry specific interest groups to build industry relationships and talent pipeline.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to manage a fast-paced work environment
* Strong sense of ownership, professionalism and excellent attention to detail
