The Key Rewards is a new, fast-growing loyalty program that spans the Williams-Sonoma family of brands, including Pottery Barn, West Elm, and Mark & Graham. Our innovative and dynamic business team runs strategy, program design, performance marketing, analytics, and operations across our websites, call centers, and 600+ stores.

About the role:

The Manager, Loyalty Benefits and Experiences will play a critical role in shaping the future of the program. This person will develop the new benefits and experiences that build lifelong connections between customers and the Williams-Sonoma Inc. family of brands. This is an exciting and evolving position with visibility throughout many functional areas of the organization. A successful candidate will have demonstrated strong skills across experiential marketing, events, loyalty, partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration. A passion for Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brands and the home industry is a must.

You're excited about this role because you will:

* Work with the VP, Loyalty and our brand marketing teams to launch new benefits, events, and partnerships for Key Members -- including VIP, money-can't-buy experiences for top customers
* Write business cases, detailed project plans, and marketing briefs that inspire innovation, clearly demonstrate strategic impact, and use quantitative and qualitative data to justify the investment
* Influence cross-functional teams to get their support and secure resources, working across marketing, brands, creative, call center, finance, analytics, operations, technology, and senior management
* Collaborate on special/ad hoc projects and initiatives where needed
* Monitor and proactively respond to the competitive retail environment, other loyalty programs, and overall consumer trends
* Help propel The Key Rewards to be the most admired loyalty program in retail

* You have 5+ years of relevant experience in experiential marketing, events, and partnerships
* Details do not scare you. You love making lists and getting things done efficiently

* You are no stranger to Excel and PowerPoint

* You have Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
* You have good knowledge of loyalty programs and customer centricity principles
