About the Team

The Key Rewards is a new, fast-growing loyalty program that spans the Williams-Sonoma family of brands, including Pottery Barn, West Elm, and Mark & Graham. Our innovative and dynamic business team runs strategy, program design, performance marketing, analytics, and operations across our websites, call centers, and 600+ stores.

About the role:

The Manager, Loyalty Benefits and Experiences will play a critical role in shaping the future of the program. This person will develop the new benefits and experiences that build lifelong connections between customers and the Williams-Sonoma Inc. family of brands. This is an exciting and evolving position with visibility throughout many functional areas of the organization. A successful candidate will have strong skills in business case development, strategy, project management, marketing, partnerships and relationship-building. A passion for Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brands and the home industry is a must.

You're excited about this role because you will:

* Work with the VP, Loyalty to help oversee the development and implementation of new benefits and experiences for Key Members
* Contribute to the innovation strategy of WSI, keeping close tabs on the competitive environment and consumer trends
* Write business cases that inspire change, use quantitative and qualitative data to justify the investment, and clearly demonstrate the ROI and strategic impact of initiatives
* Partner with Analytics and Finance teams to forecast impact of initiatives on customer accounts, customer lifetime value, and rewards liability
* Partner with brand teams to provide VIP, money-can't-buy experiences for our best members
* Manage detailed project plans to bring ideas to life
* Influence cross-functional teams to secure resources and meet expected timelines
* Synthesize information and identify next steps for stakeholders across the organization, including marketing, brands, creative, senior management, call center, and Technology
* Interface regularly with external loyalty vendor
* Collaborate on special/ad hoc projects and initiatives where needed

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* You have 5+ years of relevant loyalty, partnership, CRM, and/or retail experience
* Details do not scare you. You love making lists and getting things done efficiently
* You enjoy wearing many hats, and working on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
* You are no stranger to Excel and PowerPoint
* You like mixing creative vision with data-driven insights
* You have strong interpersonal skills, and are comfortable interacting with executives
* You are passionate about Williams-Sonoma Inc. brands, and the home industry
* You have Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
* You have good knowledge of loyalty programs and customer centricity principles
