About the Team

You will be part of the growing in-house Online Display team responsible for the strategy & analysis of full-funnel display campaigns across all 8 Williams-Sonoma Inc. Brands and International sites. Our job is to work closely with our brand and external partners to lead the most effective setup & execution of our campaigns, in order to meet the goals of each individual brand, as well as the business as a whole--focusing largely on DR campaigns driving efficient sales.

About the Role

In the Analyst role, you will be responsible for planning & managing online display campaigns across 2-3 WSI Brands. You will work closely with the Sr. Analyst on your brands in assisting with the larger analytical approach & overall setup, giving you an opportunity to understand wider business & brand goals.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

* Own annual and seasonal media plan development for retargeting and prospecting display for 2-3 WSI Brands. Includes strategic planning, rate negotiation, tactical balance throughout the purchase funnel, and evaluating new opportunities (site direct, private exchanges, programmatic targeting strategies, etc)
* Work with multiple vendors, display publishers, and DSPs to ensure campaign performance is in line with performance goals and budget is pacing on track. Determine KPI goals by campaign and work with partners to ensure expectations are met
* Translate brand goals into strategic media solutions that grow our brands and prioritize key business initiatives
* Develop strategy and setup for in-house prospecting campaigns, ensuring a smooth handoff to Operations and Programmatic teams
* Work cohesively with the in-house programmatic buying team on budgets & strategy, ensuring all opportunities align with overall display strategic direction
* Partner with internal Display Ad Operations Team on day-to-day management of campaigns with focus on implementation and execution of all online display campaign elements in a timely and accurate manner
* Facilitate creative trafficking E.g. Develop/maintain procedures for ad creative trafficking between Brand creative teams and the ad operations team to ensure banners are updated seasonally and on-time
* Educate Brand partners on best in class display creative and share creative results
* Manage weekly and monthly reporting
* Manage month-end actualization, invoicing, and accrual processes across display programs
* Monitor budgets and provide input on display budgeting/forecasting
* Educate brand partners on best practices, platform and process changes, and new strategies
* Maintain a pulse on industry innovations to help define long term vision of WSI display programs

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* You've managed display campaigns with large annual budgets, from strategy to execution across various tactics (site retargeting, first-party CRM data retargeting, prospecting, high impact) whilst hitting or exceeding program KPIs
* You have strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing raw data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations/communicating outcomes
* You have strong project management skills and ability to quickly react to changing priorities and deadlines
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to synthesize technical detail
* You have an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in an adaptive, fast-paced environment

Technical Competencies required:

* BS/BA
* 1-2 years minimum experience with display advertising or digital marketing. Agency experience preferred
* Strong understanding of various ad tech including ad servers, site analytics tools, DSPs, CRM data onboarding, dynamic creative partners, exchanges, and data partners
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs, etc.)
