About the Team

Lead a diverse and dynamic team driving the major areas of operational support in our organization. Area one, Production Support Services, supporting the production needs of seven brands across retail and ecommerce platforms, both domestic and international. This 24/7 team, consisting of appx. 60 people both local and remote, handles all "first touch" responses to issues (human or computer originating) ensuring issues get the right attention, quickly. Area two, Service Management Office, consisting of 7 people and driving the processes and standards which act as the backbone of our incident, change and problem management.

About the Role

Your job will be to help drive communication and collaboration by using the metrics and tooling your teams produce to demonstrate opportunities for improvement within the organization. One of your most important roles is to be the proactive voice, shining a light on problems before the problems become fires. In your role, you will also act as final gate watcher for production, you will need to collaborate and be vocal to ensure that standards are met and all hands are on desk to make launches successful.

This role reports to the Vice President of Technology Solutions.

We're excited about you because...

* You have a BS or MS in Business, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or related field (an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered)
* You have a minimum of 10 + years in related work experience in production support
* You have 5+ years' experience working in system integration
* You are familiar with the principles of DevOps
* You have superior oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others
* You thrive working in a complex, dynamic technical environment
* You have enhanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
* You have strong MS-Office skills, with a focus on Excel for reporting metrics
