This role will be responsible for leading large and small-scale project work associated with network optimization, international and domestic transportation, and the global supply chain. This position requires a combination of technical skills needed to navigate through ambiguity, as well as high emotional intelligence to lead change management initiatives, and adopt consensus amongst multiple stakeholders.


* Analysis and optimization of current supply chain network and systems uses/interfaces
* Optimization and maintenance of Sourcing and Routing rules across Supply Chain
* Maintenance of transit grids across Supply Chain
* Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels
* Interface with cross-functional stakeholders, such as Engineering, Finance, Sourcing, DC Operations, and Merchant teams, to understand the business objectives and to design and implement strategies/tactics to reduce total landed cost while developing a more consumer driven network
* Manages the Network Optimization team responsible for designing, modeling, analyzing, and evaluating various complex supply chain scenarios
* Perform other duties as assigned.



* 4 years Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transportation/Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field
* Master's degree in Supply Chain related field or MBA required
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple highly complex projects
* Knowledge of: international/domestic transportation, DC operations, and inventory management
* Knowledge of supply chain principles & project management
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Six sigma certification is desired, not required
* 5-7 years of related work and technical experience
* Ability to analyze current processes and recommend solutions
* Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and with external providers
* Proficient in all MS Office, with a strong capability in SQL, Excel, and Access.
* Knowledge of Supply Chain Guru, Sterling Order Management, PKMS, GT Nexus, Qlikview, Alteryx, EDI, MS Project, and Visio is preferred
