This role will be responsible for large and small-scale project work associated with international and domestic transportation, purchase order visibility and the global supply chain. This position requires a combination of technical skills needed to navigate through ambiguity, as well as high emotional intelligence to lead change management initiatives and adopt consensus amongst multiple stakeholders.


* Analysis and optimization of current supply chain network and systems uses/interfaces
* Content management, database management and maintenance
* Business process documentation and business-management tool development
* Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels
* Interface with cross-functional stakeholders, such as Engineering, Finance, Sourcing, DC Operations, and Merchant teams, to understand the business objectives
* Perform other duties as assigned.



* 4 years Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transportation/Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple highly complex projects
* General knowledge of: international/domestic transportation, DC operations, inventory management
* General knowledge of supply chain principles, project management and Six Sigma beneficial
* 3-5 years of related work and technical experience
* Ability to analyze current processes and recommend solutions
* Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and with external providers
* Proficient in all MS Office, with a strong capability in SQL, Excel, and Access.
* Knowledge of PKMS, GT Nexus, Qlikview, Alteryx, EDI, Supply Chain Guru, MS Project and Visio is preferred
