About the Role

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated, proactive individual to support marketing their seven retail brands to interior designers and culinary professionals. This person will report to the Marketing Manager of Business Sales.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

* Coordinate Williams-Sonoma, Inc. To the Trade, Contract and Pro Chefs marketing

* Work cross-functionally with paid search, email, remarketing, and paid social teams for creative, budgeting, and analyzing current metrics and ROI

* Create creative briefs for daily emails for To the Trade, along with one-off emails; partner with design and staging teams for execution

* Coordinate marketing design and production for in-store Trade Service Specialists and Business Sales Team

* Conduct competitive and category research and educate internal stakeholders in relevant trends

* Act as the liaison for ongoing creative updates and design projects across brands

* Support design and production of Trade program marketing materials and branded product

* Support marketing team with Designer event and Trade Show marketing and execution

* Support printing of membership materials across our vendor and fulfillment partner

* Support implementation of new programs and product enhancements across IT and other stakeholders

* Work with marketing team to drive best practices for marketing our 7 retail brands to Design Trade and culinary professionals

We're excited about you because...

* 1-3 years of work experience in marketing, retail marketing, or digital marketing

* Bachelor's Degree required; focus in marketing a plus

* Superior communication, organization, and a desire to learn

* Must be skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

* Experience with Pardot or other email tools a plus

* Experience with paid social, remarketing and paid search a plus

* Strong organizational skills who can be proactive

* Attention to detail, and strong follow-up is required

* Comfortable working in a matrixed cross-functional organization

* Must be team orientated, but also have the ability to work independently
