About the Team

The Business Sales Department is a dynamic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial group responsible for selling and marketing the company's family of brands across professional trade audiences including Interior Designers, Home Developers, Hospitality sectors and Chefs and other Culinary professionals.

We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to manage marketing WSI brands to the designer and chef industries and drive engagement, loyalty, enrollments and sales across our Trade loyalty Programs.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

* Partner with Marketing Director to manage all Trade marketing (Designer, Hospitality, Chefs and Business gift) to drive membership, loyalty, engagement and Trade sales including program branding and online, print and event marketing
* Oversee all Trade eMail and EDM merchandising and creative, and partner with director to structure eMarketing calendar
* Manage marketing, communication and merchandising of Trade program on brand eComm sites and dedicated Trade sites and social pages
* Manage, develop and report on all Trade eMarketing -- including Paid Search, Social and Remarketing
* Manage Trade print and digital advertising calendars and creative direction
* Develop and manage all membership, marketing, clienteling and branded collateral to drive program awareness, support stores and outbound sales efforts
* Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with key design and culinary industry associations
* Plan and execute event marketing strategy, including signature hosted design trade events with publishing partners and stores, trade shows and event sponsorships
* Provide regular tracking and reporting on all strategic Trade marketing initiatives to senior leadership
* Forecast and manage marketing budget for business sales department
* Liase with Brands and internal partners to promote strategic Trade objectives
* 5+ years marketing experience
* Entrepreneurial drive, results-oriented, takes initiative and has a passion for marketing.
* Previous success in developing and presenting marketing plans, developing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns and delivering creative direction and briefs.
* Team player able to navigate complex organizational structures spanning multiple business units.
* Communicates effectively with all levels, in both written and verbal form.
* Computer skills: Excel, Microsoft Word, and Power Point required. Experience with CRM software (Salesforce highly preferred).
* Travel up to 15%
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
