About the Team

The Recruiting team manages a high volume of requisitions across various business functions. We work hard, have fun and enjoy the fast pace of working for a retail company. We have close partnerships with each other, hiring managers, internal associates, business partners, and cross-functional partners. Our team fills temporary and full-time positions for entry-level through Director level openings. We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our amazing team to help fill Temporary positions across the Corporate Teams.

About the Role

The Contract Senior Recruiter will create strong business partnerships with internal clients and will lead the full lifecycle recruitment process for entry-level to Director level openings across multiple functional areas. This individual will be responsible for developing multiple sourcing channels to attract the best active and passive candidates while leveraging technology (ATS & LinkedIn) to ensure an effective and efficient process that produces results. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with both hiring managers and candidates (both internal and external).

* Build strong relationships with business leaders, understand their hiring needs, establish trust and creditability while delivering results
* Consistently meet or exceed service level agreements providing the highest possible level of service to the business
* Responsible for targeted sourcing and assessing talent, based on past successes and future business objectives
* Recruit, screen/assess and interview candidates. Maintain ownership of the entire hiring process, including interview coordination, acquiring candidate & interview team feedback, generating offer letter packages and requisition maintenance
* Responsible for research and analysis of recruiting market trends, understanding implications and recommending solutions
* Partner with leadership teams in HR and Business to assess future staffing needs
* Plan and coordinate recruiting events and represent Williams-Sonoma, Inc. at job fairs, tradeshows, colleges, and other networking and community events
* Partners with peer Recruiters & Sr. Recruiters to generate candidate flow
* Build a sourcing pipeline for key positions within the brand
* Source and develop passive candidates through networking, social media, research, etc.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We're excited about you because...

* Bachelor's degree
* Experience working with all levels of management and cross-functional partners
* Demonstrated ability to build sustaining customer relationships
* 2 years of recruiting experience in a corporate retail environment preferred
* Agency staffing experience preferred

Technical Competencies required:

* Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and HRIS
* Intermediate level knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Outlook
