Job Summary:

The Junior Account Executive role will help grow the international wholesale business by building wholesale assortments, tracking and creating sales orders in-system, coordinating new account logistics, and responding to account inquiries. This individual will report directly into the Manager of Global Wholesale to develop strong working relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders across all Williams-Sonoma Inc. brands: Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, and West Elm. The ideal candidate is highly organized and self-motivated to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the wholesale team to drive sales volume and ensure account needs are being met on a consistent basis
* Analyze sales to assist in creating profitable wholesale assortments that visually align with brand standards
* Review, prepare, and key all customer orders
* Partner with the DC to create accurate shipping schedules and delivery timelines for ordered product and communicate shipping dates, delivery lateness, and ship window extensions to the wholesale partners
* Collect and distribute all necessary product information for new collection launches to wholesale partners
* Assist in logistics for new wholesale launches and international store openings
* Create, collect, and distribute visual collateral to accounts to help implement new product displays and execute seasonal strategic merchandising strategies
* Manage reporting that tracks shipments to monthly ship forecasts in order to achieve targeted account ship budgets
* Facilitate showroom market set up and all market sales tools needed for each account.
* Communicate in a professional and timely manner with buying partners daily



* Candidate ideally has 1-2 years of retail/ wholesale experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-lookups; Pivot Tables)
* Demonstrates sense of urgency & ability to seek-out solutions
* Acts like an owner and strong communication skills
* Experience working with wholesale ordering systems is a plus
* Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
