Job Summary:

This position will be based in Brooklyn, NY. The Junior Account Executive role will be responsible for working with the Director of Global Wholesale to grow WSI's international wholesale business (west elm, Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma) by creating impactful market specific wholesale assortments, plans and executes new partner wholesale launches and store openings. Identifies opportunities to refine and evolve operational wholesale processes that streamline shipments and improve customer service to all wholesale partners abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintains strong relationships with key department store wholesale buying and planning partners in order to secure customer orders & organize order confirmation details from accounts
* Reacts quickly to the changing needs of our global business, internal teams, and wholesale partners
* Manages reporting that tracks shipments to monthly forecasts in order to achieve targeted account ship budgets
* Analyze sales to create profitable wholesale assortments that visually align with global WSI (west elm, Pottery Barn brands, & Williams Sonoma) standards
* Works cross-functionally to manage all necessary product information for new collection launches to distribute to wholesale partners
* Partner with the DC to create accurate shipping schedules and delivery timelines for ordered product
* Provide creative direction and visual collateral to accounts to help implement new product displays and execute seasonal strategic merchandising strategies
* Manage logistics for new wholesale launches and wholesale shop-in-shop expansions by liaising with internal visual, sourcing, inventory, web creative, and store design teams to ensure all deliverables are on track and well-prepared for high profile account deadlines.



* Candidate ideally has 2-3 years of wholesale experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-lookups; Pivot Tables; Strong Reporting skills)
* Demonstrates sense of urgency with a strong ability to design & implement new processes
* Acts like an owner and strong communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
* Education: BS/BA preferred
