The Project Manageris the glue that connects people and projects. Acting as the hub for marketing projects, you are responsible for maintaining clear lines of communication between teams, developing and managing project plans and timelines across digital, creative and marketing teams. Additionally, the Project Manager will recommend and implement process improvements and act as a change agent to champion new processes/tools within the organization.

Responsibilities:

* Provide end to end project management for all digital marketing assets
* Ensure on time and accurate delivery and implementation of assets
* Manage detailed and realistic project plans
* Proactively identify potential risks and shift milestones as needed
* Develop day to day workload plan for the digital creative teams
* Increase visibility to project statuses through communication with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
* Identify opportunities for increased collaboration and operational improvement
* Determine and track campaign milestones and stakeholder alignment

* Audit current tooling and processes; streamline for efficiency
* Build a template for meeting documentation to track key notes and milestones

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

* 2-3 years of experience as a project manager
* Familiarity with omni-channel marketing assets including email, paid social, video, print + site assets
* Experience utilizing project management tools such as Basecamp + Opal
* Excellent communication, collaboration + organizational skills
* Ability to learn quickly + work in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for improving and refining processes
