The Manager, E-Commerce Imagery Post Production has oversight of all imagery post production operations for westelm.com, ensuring that all product imagery adheres to photo quality standards and brand style guidelines. He/she will serve as an advocate to ensure that all products are accurately and consistently represented online photographically across all categories. This role will work with cross-functional teams to continuously drive operational excellence and a superior online experience. This position reports directly to the Director of E-Commerce Operations.

Essential Functions:
* Leverage understanding of industry standards and the latest in imaging technologies to assist in proposing system and/or site enhancements, as well as changes in post shoot workflows in order to maximize quality and increase efficiency, and ultimately improve customer site experience.
* Manage all production timelines and processes required to launch product online, including but not limited to the release of approved seasonal imagery, the upload and assignment of lifestyle and silo imagery, and videos to appropriate product pages, etc.
* Provide oversight of all workflows related to dynamic imaging experiences, such as 360 product views and monogramming preview functionality, on westelm.com.
* Prepare/edit e-commerce photo shoot guidelines.
* Serve as primary liaison with 3rd party vendors to oversee timelines, processes, work order submission, project status tracking, and budgets.
* Coordinate with Catalog Production and Color Management teams to organize e-comm photo assets on the corporate servers and DAM, execute retouching projects, and align color workflows across channels.
* Collect color feedback from merchants and work with Catalog Production Manager to markup color and relay any information to color vendor.
* Cut, organize, color correct +/or retouch photo files and swatches in Photoshop as needed.
* Prepare import sheets in Excel for product and SKU level imagery upload into content management system.
* Fully test/QA all seasonal product launches and weekly site updates -- prioritizing any issues found to be fixed and subsequently validated.
* Represent photo requirements and priorities for special projects (i.e. CMS upgrades, Product Page/Category Redesigns, RFPs, etc).
* Regularly communicate with all cross-functional partners, including Photo, Buyers, E-Commerce Merchants, Site Management, etc, to keep them abreast of product imagery status, recommendations, challenges, etc.
* Manage a team of web production coordinators -- serving as a mentor to develop both photographic and technical skills, and empower team to truly own their assortments and its related processes.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Photography, Graphic Arts or equivalent required.
* At least 5-7 years in imagery post production role.
* Must be a Photoshop pro.
* Knowledge of technical aspects of photography a plus.
* Strong knowledge of asset and content management systems is a must.
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Process management guru -- ability to streamline and optimize processes to maximize efficiency while still ensuring quality output.
* Excellent communication skills is a must, including the ability to breakdown complex concepts, and interface with executive leadership.
* Ability to lead projects effectively and with minimal supervision and a keen attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to be a team player and drive results.
* Ability to adapt and respond with a sense of urgency in a fast paced and evolving working environment.
