The Manager, E-Commerce Post Production has oversight over all of our e-commerce images, videos and 3D assets. He/She will make sure all assets adhere to the brands' style guide and are uploaded/tested to the CMS in a timely fashion. This role will work with cross-functional teams to continuously drive operational excellence and a superior online experience. This position reports directly to the Senior Production Manager.

Essential Responsibilities

* Manage all production timelines and processes required to launch product, including assigning lifestyle, silo imagery, videos, 3D drapes, 360 product views, monograming experiences to product pages.
* Oversee the preparation of import sheets in Excel to upload product and SKU level imagery into CMS.
* Fully test/QA all seasonal product launches and weekly site updates -- prioritizing any issues found to be fixed and subsequently validated.
* Regularly communicate with all cross-functional partners, including Photo, Buyers, E-Commerce Merchants, Site Management, etc, to keep them abreast of product imagery status, recommendations, challenges, etc.
* Manage a team of web production coordinators -- serving as a mentor to develop technical skills and empower team to truly own their assortments and its related processes.
* Serve as primary liaison with vendors to oversee timelines and processes.
* Assist with retouching images as needed.
* Partner w/ color manager to organize assets on servers and DAM.
* Leverage understanding of industry standards and the latest in imaging technologies to assist in proposing system or site enhancements (CMS upgrades, Product Page/Category Redesigns, etc), and/or changes in workflow in order to maximize quality and increase efficiency, and ultimately improve customer site experience.
* Assist in preparing RFPs when needed.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements and Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Communications, Graphic Arts or equivalent required.

* At least 4-6 years in web production role.
* Strong knowledge of asset and content management systems is a must.
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Strong project management skills.
* Process management guru -- ability to streamline and optimize processes to maximize efficiency while still ensuring quality output.
* Must be a Photoshop pro.
* Excellent communication skills is a must, including the ability to breakdown complex concepts, and interface with executive leadership.
* Ability to lead projects effectively and with minimal supervision and a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to adapt and respond with a sense of urgency in a fast paced and evolving working environment.
* Leadership skills and team spirit.
