The Special Projects team is responsible for the planning of strategic and operational initiatives to drive sales, inventory, and profit objectives. Operating efficient business processes allows our brand flexibility to continue to be an innovator in the field and create new opportunities for the brand and individuals to grow, as well as create customer satisfaction.

The Inventory Optimization Planner is a new role created for the purpose of helping develop and support new process helping the planning organization to function most efficiently. After launching JustEnough, there is a need to help support new users and optimize functionality.

Essential Functions:
* Suggesting and implementing process improvement related to the planning function including building tools and writing formulas in excel
* Run reporting and analyze to give planners direction and exception based forecast maintenance including, but not limited to Backorder, Initial Fill, Out Of Market, and Forecast Accuracy
* Just Enough Systems Owner tasks including, but not limited to, Maintain Policies, Site Modeling, and Maintaining Common Entity Attributes
* Support Just Enough user based with questions, refreshers, training, open office hours, etc. to share best practices and maintain knowledge base
* Track SKU adoption & maintain SKU lists, update the reorder lead-times as needed
* Reorder tool support including maintenance and data pulls
* Testing new releases and updates to JE as they are made available

* 3-5 years of experience in planning
* Strong analytical thinking skills
* Time management and communication skills
* Proficient in Excel
* College degree preferred
