Manage the creative ecomm process from concept to delivery and ensure the creative standards are maintained and deadlines are met. Manage an internal staff to create digital assets (across site and e-marketing) within allotted schedule and budget. Manage/interface with cross-channel project managers and website agency teams.

Responsibilities:
* Manage creative process including creative concept phase; site updates and enhancements; asset creation and population.
* Manage project scope to ensure realistic goals for schedules and content.
* Help coordinate and strategize content for sites with internet merchants.
* Help coordinate and strategize growth of internet with catalog and retail teams.
* Research additional freelance and potential internal candidates for future internet growth.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

This role will:
* Lead the creation and development of new processes and guidelines.
* Identify inefficiencies and methods for solving them.
* Build & manage timelines for the digital design team in the creation of assets for ecommerce and other digital channels.
* Serve as the point person on all projects for a fast-growing and eager creative team.
* Manage the collaboration between the digital design team and video/photo, catalog, print and retail design teams on cross-channel brand campaigns.

Qualifications:
* 2+ years independently managing production for digital assets
* Strong familiarity with web design process.
* Minimum of 1-year management experience of both internal and freelance staff.
* Project management experience in a high paced, high volume environment.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
* Ability to self-direct under ambiguous and changing circumstances.
* Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
* Must have strong written and verbal communications skills.
* This position requires someone who is excited about solving organizational problems and finding ways to create efficiencies within systems of people.
* The perfect candidate for this role loves working with people and is an incredible communicator and facilitator.
* This person is a self-starter who excels at identifying gray-area problems and finding solutions that address the needs of many stakeholders.
