Seeking immediate assistance in design and development of inspiring and dynamic lighting products, informed by seasonal concepts, market trends, and customer/business needs. Under the leadership of the design manager, assist with the development process for each product from initial sketch to final approval.


* Assist with translating design briefs into original designs that respond to seasonal concepts, market trends, and business needs.
* Assist with design and development of portable and hardwired light fixtures from initial concept through approval.

* Create and develop designs through sketching and 3D modeling.
* Create product renderings and assemble presentations.
* Create specification packages and issue to sourcing.
* Review and prepare comments on samples.


* Are passionate about product design and interiors.
* Have exceptional organizational and communication skills.

* Love to work collaboratively in a group, and have an innate willingness to dig in and contribute with your team.
* Are driven and motivated by the possibilities ahead.
* Pride yourself on the quality of work and are a stickler for the details.



* Minimum 2 years professional experience required.
* Degree in industrial design, interior design, architecture, or equivalent experience.
* Experience with drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering.
* Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Outlook are essential.
