The Assistant of Design Operations will partner with the Lead Design Operations associate to execute department projects, with a focus on implementation of customer analytics.

Essential Functions:

* Own the implementation of predictive customer analytics utilizing existing tools in place.
* Work with project manager to analyze/summarize inputs and create presentations to share with design associates and cross-functional leadership teams.
* Assist the Design Operations lead with ongoing department needs, including:

* Update seasonal milestone schedules weekly
* Summarize and distribute various weekly reports to the design team (including sales, e-comm, customer reports)
* Update seasonal assortment documents
* This is part time position.

* Minimum 1-year professional experience required.
* Bachelor's Degree in design/business/liberal arts
* Familiarity with Adobe programs preferred (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
* Experience with Excel is preferred and Keynote/PPT are helpful.
