The West Elm Content Producer will be the main support for all video and photo content production in house. This role will assist in day to day production tasks that support content producers, production managers and art directors during seasonal video and photo shoots. This role will work closely with the creative team, sample team, merchandise coordinators, facilities, and merchandising. The Content Producer will be the main point of contact for on set logistics dealing with talent, stylist, product, and production team.

Responsibilities

* Partner with all Producers and Production Managers to help plan, execute, and close all shoot productions.
* Prepare and organize locations searches working with Producers and Art Directors: printing, researching, organizing, scheduling, preparing correspondence, permits, insurance, invoices and contracts
* Assist in overall video + photo production schedule and support
* Update Airtable with current and correct information for all teams to access
* Communicate Stylist prop orders with sample team
* Manage on set scheduling for models, H/M and wardrobe
* Attend and be an active participant in Pre-pro and hindsight meetings
* Prepare Call Sheets and send out in a timely manner before shoots
* Own and organize Locations tracking document on server
* Sample management working with Sample team and Lead MC
* Organize and process photo equipment orders for all teams
* Willing to assist Creative & Production teams as needed

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Highly organized with a high level of attention to detail
* Self-starter that will take initiative on set before being asked
* Able to create systems and efficiencies that will benefit the team
* Professional and proactive communication via email and phone
* Works well in a fast-paced and fluid environment
* Knowledge and interest in video and photography industry
* Enthusiastic team player
* BFA, BA and/or MA in TV, film, media, communications or journalism
* 4+ years of experience in a photo or video production role
* Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
* Track record of successfully managing multiple projects at once
* Familiar with wide range of cameras, gear and software
* Ability to work closely with related divisions including Creative, Ecom, Legal, Risk Management and Finance
* A winning personality and great sense of humor
