This role will own the development of furniture case goods from inception to design approval. The ideal candidate will need to have experience with adhering to milestone deliverables and keeping cross-functional teams on track of the Brand Calendar. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally is a must. We are looking for an entrepreneurial workstyle that can work alone and with a team. Attention to detail is a must and ability to work in a fast pace environment and with multiple seasons is essential. The perfect candidate will need to have experience with PLM or PDM, be proficient in Excel, as well as experience developing product with the Design and Sourcing departments.

Responsibilities:

* Attend Concept and Sketch Meetings to build an understanding of development inspiration, concept, and final product for Development.
* Participate sourcing allocation walk through for the season collaborate with Sourcing and Design on product placement.
* Generate Product in PLM and upload documents for Sample Request.
* Follow development progress coordinating with Vendors and WSI to execute the first samples.
* Escalate late sample submissions to the Sourcing and Design.
* Monitor seasonal approval deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

* Bachelors' Degree
* 2-3 years of experience in Product Development and Sourcing
* Ability to travel if required
* Cross-functional working relationships a must as well as correspondence with overseas teams
* Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photo Shop
* PLM or Web PDM knowledge preferred, but not required
