Associate Manager, Returns

The Associate Manager- Returns will support improvement initiatives by performing detailed and complex data analyses, developing conclusions and presenting findings. They will develop technical tools/ models and analysis by using Microsoft Access, Excel, SQL Server among other tools. They will manipulate, analyze and validate data. The associate manager will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining reports and performance metrics that support major initiatives. They will conduct detailed financial and operational analyses, re-design processes, develop controls and procedures and measure improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities Include:

* Day-to day ownership of the returns tracking and improvement process.
* Achieve financial plans and budget objectives.
* Analyze returns data from multiple sources and generate an actionable list for merchants, sourcing, design, IC teams, engineering and other functional groups.
* Investigate and gather data on specific return issues to allow effective actioning by the team.
* Lead monthly recap meeting with merchants, supply chain, sourcing, customer service, engineering and design.
* Track and support actions by various teams to reduce return rate and forecast expected improvements.
* Generate a lesson learned list that can be utilized on new developments.
* Work with DC's and supply chain organization to increase RTS rates (Return to Stock Rates).
* Provide feedback to supply chain team to enhance data reporting quality.
* Conduct visits to the DC's as needed to review open issues.


* BS/ BA degree preferred or 5 years experience
* Strong Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills
* Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
* Ability to identify optimal data sources and structure data validation
* Ability to perform analyses with large amounts of complex data and formulate perspectives on findings
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Detail orientated and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Knowledge of SQL is preferred
* Preferably 1-3 years work experience in Supply Chain, Consulting and/or Retail
