The outlet team is responsible for driving sales, inventory, and profit objectives for the WE Outlet Stores. Growing the outlet business is key to Brand success; as we continue to grow our Main Retail and DTC businesses, it is becoming exceedingly more important that we have a place to profitably liquidate inventory.

The Outlet Assistant Planner is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves both product and getting into the numbers, has a natural curiosity about the business, works well in a less structured environment, has an entrepreneurial spirit, likes to drive results and wants the reward of taking these brands to the next level. This will be a highly collaborative role with growth potential.

Essential Functions:

* Work with the Outlet Planner to expand the "from the main brand" product mix and ensure proper in-stock levels
* Foster, develop and maintain close partnerships with cross functional partners including the visual team, store and district managers, and the merchants
* Complete analysis on past promos as well as suggesting for future
* Entering and managing outlet pricing
* Requesting and setting up outlet SKU's
* Communicating with the stores to determine specific assortment needs
* Work with the Outlet Planner to request, enter, and track transfers of merchandise from brand
* Run both Monday and Ad Hoc reporting as needed
* Enter allocations to stores

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

* 1-3 years of experience in merchandising, planning and/or distribution
* Strong analytical thinking skills
* Time management and communication skills

* Proficient in Excel
* College degree preferred
