West Elm is looking for an Assistant Web Producer with a passion for all things product data with a creative edge. This individual will work with various teams across the organization to ensure the timely and accurate set up of product assortment data and digital assets. The Assistant Web Producer should be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, taking on multiple projects at any given time. This is NOT a merchandising/buying role.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Closely collaborate with merchandising, inventory and production teams to understand and build out seasonal product assortment data.
* Manage multiple product assortments simultaneously.
* Support promotions and site initiatives through weekly maintenance of existing product assortment (i.e. creating product pages, adding SKUs and imagery to product pages, etc).
* Support in the preparation and organization of digital assets, including proof and edit product pages, ensure content meets formatting rules, and imagery + swatches are at the correct dimension/resolution.
* Ability to cut and organize photo files and swatches in Photoshop as needed.
* Support with non-product page image assets that will be featured on category/landing pages, in online shopping tools, etc.
* Optimize customer experience by supporting new initiatives, triaging store + customer call center callouts.
* Assist in troubleshooting any site issues related to product data, content management system, etc.
* Support site management and merchandising teams with special projects, as needed.



* E-Commerce experience strongly preferred.
* 1-2 years experience with content management systems (CMS)
* Expert proficiency in MS Excel.
* Working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop
* Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
