About the Team

You will be a part of the Photo Warehouse team, working to actively maintain and improve the photo sample inventory and systems. You will work with the team to ensure samples are in peak condition and that teams in need of our product are given the best internal customer service possible. Our team plays an important behind the scenes role in bringing the aspirational aesthetic of Rejuvenation to life.

About the Role

Maintain and update sample database systems. Act as liaison between multiple teams to communicate product sample needs, status updates and additional related information. Receive, properly tag, and input all inbound product samples into inventory database. Work with cross functional partners to facilitate the movement of samples between company locations. Communicate needs for pulling, packing, and preparation for shipment, of all outbound product samples. Maintain systems of tracking photo sample data to ensure all necessary teams have accurate information.

* Maintain and update Photo Sample Inventory database to accurately reflect physical inventory.
* Track, consolidate and update product records in spreadsheets and sample database
* Receive, tag, organize and facilitate proper storage of new samples and related documentation
* Collaborate with cross functional teams to track, share, and update samples
* Communicate sample status and any related conflicts quickly and accurately
* Assist with pulling and packing samples for transfer between teams
* Maintain and improve sample storage to ensure items remain in new condition
* Facilitate photo sample purges with input from Merchant teams via spreadsheets and data from retail database (Microsoft DAX)
* Assist with Sample Sale and special product projects as needed by Studio teams
* Keep warehouse/work area safe and clean according to general warehousing practices and OSHA requirements

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We're excited about you because you have...

* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with building spreadsheets
* Familiarity with inventory management software a plus
* Excellent communication -- both oral and written
* Ability to keep accurate records and follow documented procedures and standards
* Excellent time-keeping skills, including the ability to work independently
* Excellent attention to detail
* Prior experience in a warehouse environment
* Aptitude with warehouse machinery (forklift, pallet jacks, etc.)
* Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
* Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle for transportation between local buildings.
* Flexible to change and team-focused
* Ability to identify issues and bring to resolution.
