About the Team

You will be part of the Brand Marketing team at Rejuvenation, working in our brand headquarters in Portland, OR. Our team is responsible for all Rejuvenation brand creative work and dissemination of marketing assets, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, catalog and direct mail marketing, and retail store marketing. Our job is to drive this growing brand by building a customer base of consumers, trade & contract members, and influencers, with a consistent best-in-class brand presence across the marketplace.

About the Role

In the Project Manager role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, tasks, tools and cross-functional communication for our creative and marketing team. You will work across the organization to ensure the brand marketing team is executing to clear strategies, has all the information and tools they need, and delivers assets on time at a high level of excellence. You will bring a depth of knowledge to the team around process and task management, and you will help set a new standard of organization and efficiency for the team.

* Support the Creative Team with scheduling and prioritization of all creative needs
* Communicate clear briefs to designers and copywriters
* Manage creative production schedule for all brand marketing channels, including email, digital, catalog & print, retail stores, and trade/contract/industry
* Oversee daily review processes and weekly Creative Review
* Manage deadlines and priorities around internal creative needs, including seasonal presentations, product packaging, assembly instructions, and style guides
* Partner with the Marketing Production Manager to evolve the team's efficiency and marketing output, elevating the brand marketing team to deliver on high growth goals
* Liaise with vendors for marketing deliverables, including print vendors with firm deadlines
* Manage vendor set-ups, contracts, and other departmental vendor responsibilities
* Be the administrator & support for all project management, workflow, and proofing tools

* Maintain cross-channel marketing calendar, communicate cross-department needs and deadlines to all involved parties

We're excited about you because...

* You have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered)
* You have project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent a plus
* You have knowledge of theory and principles of project management
* You have at least 2-5 years of experience as a project manager (an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered)
* You have experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
* You excel at critical thinking and problem solving
* You are adaptable, and can tolerate stress in a fast-paced growing brand
* You have strong interest/prior experience in design/home goods industry
* Prior experience in marketing or creative services preferred
* Familiarization with basic digital and print marketing strategies is a plus

Technical Competencies required:

* Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Basecamp
* Superior computer skills including business applications such as MS Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Familiarization with creative team workflows, and creative proofing tools is a plus
