About the Team

You will a key member of our Marketing Strategy team, responsible for the performance of digital, print, and retail in-store marketing efforts to drive sales, traffic and customer acquisition for the Rejuvenation brand. You will work directly with the Marketing Manager and Director of Direct-to-Consumer to ensure marketing strategies align with company objectives, marketing channels are optimized to perform, and to evolve our brand's marketing expertise.

About the Role

In the Marketing Coordinator role, you will be responsible for facilitating cross-channel marketing plans, calendars and strategy documents to ensure all teams are aligned. You will submit marketing briefs to the Creative team, and ensure creative work is aligned with marketing strategies. You will be responsible for regular reporting and analysis of marketing channels and tactics, identifying trends, strengths and opportunities. You will support the Marketing Manager in developing marketing plans and driving new marketing tactics within the changing digital landscape.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We're excited about you because you have..

* A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered)
* Superior computer skills including business applications such as MS Windows and MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Demonstrated the ability to balance a variety of projects, while keeping focus on top priorities and delivering to expectations
* Strong communication skills; you have a proven ability to rally groups around an idea and lead execution
* Experience with basic marketing performance reporting, analyzing data and identifying trends
* Experience with marketing strategies in the retail or consumer goods industry
