About the Team

The Rejuvenation design team consists of highly creative, collaborative and technical thinkers. As part of the team you'll bring your ideas to the discussion. Our role is to create both practical and innovation products with a story to tell.

About the Role

As the Designer, Bath & Hardware, your efforts will be to lead the product development of all Bath focused developments including subcategories, plumbing, hardware and vanities. As well as all entryway doorsets, wall mounted shelving, and hooks. Each season you'll work closely with the Senior Designer to translate concepts into cohesive product designs. Developing into themes that reflect the yearly concept, market and customer/business trends. You'll work collaboratively with a team of designers, as well as closely with a wide range of cross functional teams in order to see designs through to fruition.

* Oversee design and development of all items in the Bath and Hardware product categories, from initial concept through to final sample approval.
* Gather market research and follow design trends.
* Create presentation boards that align with the seasonal concept and overall brand direction.
* Identify new development opportunity ideas.
* Present direction to company leaders as well as cross functional teams.
* Manage daily functions of all in developments for your areas.
* Create technical specifications for vendors to follow for quoting and development.
* Work directly with global offices/vendors and domestic partners to produce designs.
* Lead and participate in product development meetings for your areas.
* Review samples, issue comments, and approve all product specifications and final samples
* Work closely with engineering team.
* Travel as needed to factories and shows domestically and internationally.
* Recommend effective processes and procedures to improve workflow and results between cross functional team members.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Minimum 4 years product design experience, preferably in bath, plumbing, door sets, hardware or lighting product development areas
* Design and product development skills required
