JOB DESCRIPTION

Senior Site Designer

Overarching Responsibilities:
Innovate and maintain the PB site so that it is up to date, engaging, consistent and follows standard UX/UI principals

30 Days Goals:
Learn processes, files and systems
Shadow Daily HP, Digital Marketing, and Seasonal projects to gain an understanding of the projects flow
Train her on HP dailies and have her be the assistant on dailies with Christina Chinn being on point.
Meet and learn about Merchants, Marketers, Copy Writers, Developers and Site Managers roles.
Have her be the point person for HP dailies by the end of the month.
Have her working on 1-5 seasonal projects by the end of the month.

60 Day Goals:
Maintain HP dailies with assistance from site team members to become well versed in the PB brand, strategies etc.
Begin comping new modules and type treatments for desktop and mobile HP
Restyle and innovate promotional treatments and seasonal stories to streamline Homepage and site updates
Own 1-2 redesign projects to evolve and modernize the PB Site

90 Day Goals:
Own design projects end to end and attend/run meetings as needed
Become a seasonal point person and learn to field briefs, change requests and launch site assets
Become a point person for a category of site projects that she can iterate on and evolve based on analytics
Assist with daily updates as needed
