The Pottery Barn brand is seeking an experienced Sr. Digital Analyst to support the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing in driving sales and new customers to our growing brand. The Pottery Barn brand is the largest of the Williams Sonoma, Inc. family of brands which include West Elm, Pottery Barn Kids, Pottery Barn Teen, Rejuvenation, Mark & Graham, and Williams Sonoma. Williams Sonoma, Inc. is a multi-channel specialty retailer of high quality products for the home and one of the largest eCommerce retailers in the United States with some of the best known and most beloved brands in home furnishings.

About the Role

The Sr. Digital Analyst will support the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing in driving sales by optimizing marketing investment across digital channels. They will help plan, measure and optimize Pottery Barn's robust online marketing portfolio which includes Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Influencers, Display, Video, Content Syndication, etc. They will also develop and execute marketing plans in support of annual and seasonal initiatives as well as identify programs to acquire and retain customers. A successful candidate should have experience in digital marketing, possess strong analytic, organization and communication skills and be highly detail oriented. They will also possess the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing multi-channel retail environment.

Key responsibilities include campaign testing and optimizations, measuring and scaling successful programs, and testing content and marketing messaging. There will be heavy focus on managing budgets against revenue, spend, and customer forecasts. This position will also interact regularly with merchants, creative, finance and cross-channel representatives, so strong communication skills are a must.

* Plan and develop digital marketing programs (paid search, paid social, affiliates, remarketing, etc.) to meet revenue and ROI goals
* Track spend and manage components of the budget, forecast, and accruals process
* Meticulously analyze revenue and productivity against KPIs weekly and adjust investment as necessary
* Partner with eComm to ensure completion of creative requests and confirm messaging aligns with merchandising, promotional, and/or overall business strategy
* Proactively work with team members, other marketing teams, merchandising, creative, finance, and other cross-functional groups
* Prepare detailed, quantitative assessments of marketing results to be shared with senior leadership
* Partner with customer insights to develop and iterate audience segmentation strategies
* Work alongside subject matter experts to identify new partnerships and optimizing existing
* Develop annual budget and 3YR business goals in partnership with marketing, eCommerce, and finance teams
* Rapidly incorporate changes or new information from market, competition or business conditions
* Support the team in various brand initiatives & marketing programs -- new store openings, new mover program, registry, and PB Apartment
* Analyze competitive marketplace and follow eMarketing trends

* 4+ years of experience in online marketing, retail marketing, or digital media planning
* Proven track record in managing and optimizing a budget to ROI goals
* Ability to see trends and to extract actionable insights from data to drive results
* Strong organization and interpersonal skills; must have excellent communication & presentation skills
* Enthusiasm and motivation, with the ability to lead projects proactively
* Ability to work in fast paced environment with ability to prioritize and be flexible
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze results
* Meticulous attention to detail required
* Experience with a web analytics system a plus
* Minimum Required: B.A. in Marketing, Business, or related field
