JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic, efficient, and pixel-perfect Junior Graphic Designer. The Junior Graphic Designer will work with the Sr. Manager of Creative in executing creative solutions for daily emails, upcoming marketing campaigns, web launches, and product graphics/monograms. As a member of the Creative team, you will play a key role in the digital customer experience.

* Partner closely with senior manager to create fresh and intentional emails
* Help with the creation of digital assets for web launches
* Assist in the production of catalog blow ins and monogrammed post cards
* Assist in creative, copywriting, and design solutions.
* Assist in developing graphic templates and monograms for product design.
* Participate in developing realistic timelines. Work from production schedules and status to manage time and prioritize daily work load.
* Work independently on special projects such as postcards, launches, and perhaps monogram or icon development.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We're excited about you because...

* 2-3 years in graphic design experience.
* Proficiency in Adobe CC: InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop. After Effects is a plus.
* BA in graphic design or related area.
* Ability to be both creative and technical.
* Passion for typography and executing pixel perfect designs.
* Organized with the ability to manage numerous projects, tight turnaround times, scheduling conflicts, revisions and technical challenges effectively.
* Work collaboratively and independently when needed.
* Ability to respond effectively and appropriately to creative feedback.
* Enjoy a challenge and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills - and attention to detail when proofreading.
* Strength in understanding brand voice and image
* Previous experience working in retail, web merchandizing, brand agency, start-up
