JOB DESCRIPTION

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is looking for a Content Coordinator for its Pottery Barn brand. This role will lead the preparation and organization of digital assets for the potterybarn.com website.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

Be the key point person between Creative, Merchandising and E-commerce in the development of photo content for the Pottery Barn brand to be used in print and online.

* Work closely with Director of Content Strategy to plan into inspiring photography assets to support key seasonal marketing initiatives
* Own the milestone calendar and deliverables for each season, ensuring cross-functional team hits deadlines
* Manage and own the tools associated with the seasonal product photography planning process: product visual docs, Keynote planning files, Excel spread ready, shot counts, sample ETA tracking, etc
* Lead work sessions with Merchandising and Creative teams to plan out shots
* Analyze performance of print and online content to inform content decisions for upcoming seasons
* Use your creativity to contribute ideas for online content
* Continuously stay abreast of product selling and design trends

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* You are experienced working cross-functionally across many teams and departments
* You're proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, most importantly Excel
* You have strong verbal and written communication skills
* You have strong organization skills; must be highly detail-oriented
* You have strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

* You are creative with a passion for home décor and design
* You have 1-3 years experience in merchandising, e-commerce, marketing, or editorial production
