About the Team

You will be part of the Textile Product Development Team for Pottery Barn Main. The Textile Team is part of a bigger Product Development Team made up of Furniture Categories, Table Top Categories, and Decorative Accessories. The Textile Team is made up of amazing talent all with the goal is to create and deliver beautiful and classic product.

About the Role

The Design (Product) Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Textile Design Team with administrative duties as well as keeping all samples and products in order. Administrative duties include processing invoices, creating expense reports for the directors, booking travel for the teams, and scheduling meetings. Sample duties include but aren't limited to opening packages, logging and tracking items through our product management system -- PLM, and organizing & storing all samples.

* You have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered)
* You have superior computer skills including business applications such as MS Windows and MS Office including Excel, Word and Access

* You are detailed and organized

Technical Competencies required:

* Basic skills in Excel (willing to learn more)
