About the Team

Pottery Barn started as a Tabletop business in New York and is a critical part of our Brand heritage and Brand business initiatives. You will be an integral leader among the Tabletop Cross Functional team. Our mission is to deliver inspirational yet accessible Dining and Entertaining solutions across our Retail Stores and Online Website.

About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for managing the Dinnerware, Glassware & Flatware Departments. This includes setting the seasonal strategies, leading cross-functional teams toward delivering strategies and achieving financial plans for the year. You will have the opportunity to work with our in-house Product Design team as well as Offline Vendors to develop a holistic product assortment. You will work cross-functionally to manage both the daily business and long-term initiatives. In this role you will also manage a direct report.
